When life no longer revolves around productivity, neither should your planner.

  • If you feel...

    • tired of trying to keep up with expectations
    • frustrated that things feel harder than they used to
    • worn down by the pressure to manage everything well

    This is for you.

Your energy has limits. Your body asks you to slow down. And pushing through starts to come at a cost. But you still want to stay connected to God and live well in the life you’ve been given. This journal was created for that kind of season.

Why I Created This Journal

I created this journal during a season when my body could no longer keep pushing the way it used to.

I felt frustrated, exhausted, and unsure how to live well within the limits I was facing.

What I longed for was a simple rhythm — one that helped me stay rooted in faith while caring for my life honestly.

This journal grew out of that desire.

It’s not about doing more.

It’s about living thoughtfully and faithfully within the life you’ve been given.

You don’t have to keep pushing through.

There is a gentler way to live.
